CADexterity is an EDA (Electronic Design Automation) company located in Silicon Valley, California, U.S.A., dedicated in the development of IC design automation tools.
There are 3 challenges in IC design: performance, die size and time-to-market.
Traditional EDA tools incorporate manual approach to achieve high performance and small die-size. But this approach is painfully slow. Some newer EDA tools employ more automation to shorten time-to-market, but can only do so at the expense of performance and die size.
This dilemma remains the challenge for EDA software development.
CADexterity is an EDA start-up with the mission of solving this dilemma. Two innovative technologies invented at CADexterity have enabled us to provide a solution to this problem. We are looking for 10 best software engineers to help bring this new technology to the market.

Extraction

Job Description: You will be responsible for our product from definition and planning through production and release. Performing evaluations, profiling, benchmarks and competitor analysis, writing specifications based on marketing and product requirements, proposing product improvements and fixes. You will interface with R&D, Marketing and ensure the quality of the software and success in the market place.
Requirement: - Minimum MS EE / Physics
- 5+ years EDA experience with good understanding of VLSI physical design CAD tools
– Familiar with Windows and UNIX operating systems
